How long do the classes go for?

Each of our classes has been carefully structured and designed to accommodate all learning levels. We allow 30-45 minutes for our Perfect Puppy Program and 45-60 for the progressing levels. Our Rockstar Recall and Loose Lead Legends programs are 30 minutes.

What sizes are our classes?

All our classes are designed to mimic a natural litter size. This allows for a suitable learning environment for your puppies and dogs and an intimate approach from our trainers and workplace students.

How old do puppies need to be to commence classes?

We take puppies from any age, as long as they have had their first vaccination.

What age is too old for starting a puppy or adult dog?

No age is too old for us here at A Bark Above! As long as your dog is physically able, we would love to have you join us for training.

Are classes indoors or outdoors?

We use a mixture of both. This is to set up the puppies with a natural learning environment from the beginning and ensures a comfortable space option for all dogs and their learning capabilities.

What to bring to classes?

A blanket or bed for your dog to sit on, your pooch on lead and also plenty of treats! We encourage you to message us to discuss treat options and any other questions regarding outfits for your dog as we have a great range in stock!

How to book one of our sessions?

Bookings for now are through messaging us on either Facebook, Instagram, text or an email submission here on the site. A phone call is also available to discuss any questions you may have.

What Happens if you miss a session?

We totally understand that life happens, and things pop up unexpectedly, so we are fully flexible to organise a make up session at the earliest convenience for you to ensure.

What payment options do we have?

We offer Eftpos, cash and bank transfer. We are also able to offer in house payment plans with no additional fees.
